Comfortable, clean surroundings. Hot shower with great pressure. Cordial staff. As quiet as a hotel, blocks from Centro, can be on a Friday and Saturday night.
My husband booked this place so I had no idea what to expect. This place is amazingly beautiful. A little hidden gem. The lobby, courtyard, and rooms were all perfection all within about 6 blocks of Plaza Principal. Highly recommend
The hotel is quite close to city center, it has no parking lot in the hotel, but there is one parking lot just turning at the corner, it is five minutes away by walking from downtown, and there are many things to see for shopping while walking, rooms are cozy, but some of them are a little bit small, recommend the king size room for more comfortable stay if more than overnight.
This hotel is the best combination of beautiful, conveniently located, and affordable. The ample rooms surround a central garden courtyard, making for a relaxing atmosphere in a setting of traditional elegance. The hotel is clean and well cared for. The reception are is comfortable and welcoming, and the staff is helpful.
More traditional then many , very clean and well kept. Staffing has always been excellent and helpful . Very quiet as it is away from the downtown square church bells and factory whistles commen in the downtown core. We have stayed there numerous times and loved it. The Grand Senora is the little sister to the Dulce Maria nearer the downtown on main street ,which is larger has suites and rooms and has a slightly higher presentation and cost,it to is very nice but somewhat dimly lighted. Overall if your needs are cleanliness quiet comfortable and friendly the Grand Senora is a great choice. Nearby resteraunts and corner stores provide all else. We love it ,small and quaint charm ,and I believe 8 rooms.

A beautiful, cool, green, quiet sanctuary from the heat and noise of the city. Finally a place to rest well and let the mind wander. Very secure parking and friendly staff to boot. *Wifi is now reaching rooms*
We enjoyed our one night stay in this quaint, family hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and courtyard was pretty. I liked the bed, my esposa thought it was firm. Only complaint was no hot water (we were in Don Pedro room). Nice air conditioning and only 4 block to the Plaza, 2 down and 2 over.
